Si el que tiene un acueducto en heredad ajena quisiere introducir mayor volumen de agua en él, podrá hacerlo, indemnizando de todo perjuicio a la heredad sirviente. i si para ello fueren necesarias nuevas obras, se observará respecto a éstas lo dispuesto en el artículo 923.
