Parágrafo 1

del artículo 1º del Decreto 2345 de 1995, modificado por el artículo 1º del Decreto 2655 de 1998, quedará así: "

Parágrafo 1

Al final del primer trimestre del año 2003, las aseguradoras de vida que hayan operado el ramo de seguros previsionales de invalidez y sobrevivencia en forma consecutiva por un período de siete años, podrán calcular para cada una de sus pólizas, la reserva para siniestros ocurridos no avisados, según el método previsto en el literal b) del artículo séptimo del Decreto 839 de 1991. Si por efecto del cambio de metodología se produce liberación de reservas, éstas deberán ser incluidas en el cálculo de utilidad de cada póliza".
