Artículo octavo. Las materias perdidas por inasistencia se tendrán por no cursadas, y no serán objeto de examen de habilitación, sino de validación; pero si las asignaturas perdidas por esta causa fueren tres o más, intelectuales o no, habrá perdida del curso, que deberá repetirse, con la excepción consagrada en el artículo6º del presente Decreto. En el mismo caso quedarán quienes perdieren dos materias intelectuales por inasistencia y otra u otras par calificación definitiva obtenida en examen final.
