º . Para los efectos previstos en este Decreto, funcionará en el Banco de la República un fondo de Ahorro y Vivienda -FAVI-. El Banco destinará el personal administrativo y técnico necesario para el funcionamiento del Fondo, previa solicitud que en tal sentido le formule la Junta de Ahorro y Vivienda.
