Establecimientos educativos bilingües. Los establecimientos educativos bilingües privados podrán contratar personas nacionales o extranjeras, que posean título universitario distinto al de profesional en educación para la enseñanza del segundo idioma o de asignaturas en dicho idioma, siempre y cuando el establecimiento educativo se comprometa a proveer los medios para la preparación pedagógica de este personal.
