Si la mercancía hubiere sido transportada a un local especial para su venta en pública subasta, deberá ser retirada a más tardar el tercer día posterior al de la adjudicación. Pasado este plazo la Zona Franca podrá depositarla en otro local, todo ello por cuenta del comprador.
