Establézcase como el Día de los Héroes de la Nación y sus Familias, el día 19 de julio de cada año, para que las Autoridades Civiles, Militares, de Policía y Eclesiásticas realicen ceremonias con la presencia de los beneficiarios de la presente ley y exalten sus logros y en agradecimiento a sus familias.
