Los documentos y actuaciones que se extiendan en papel sellado de veinte centavos ($ 0.20) con posterioridad a la vigencia de la nueva tasa, serán revalidados a razón de diez centavos ($ 0.10) por cada hoja, en estampillas de timbre nacional, para que presten mérito legal.
