- CONCESION DE PEAJES. La nación, los departamentos y los municipios podrán contratar con entidades privadas, nacionales o extranjeras, la ejecución de obras públicas, así como su mantenimiento y adecuación, mediante la concesión de peajes o comprometiendo hasta un 80%, de los recursos que por contribución de valorización generen tales obras (Ley 44 de 1990, art. 23).
