Siempre que se espidan duplicados de certificaciones de Renta nominal, se dará cuenta del hecho en el periódico oficial, haciendo constar la fecha i número del duplicado, el motivo que hubo para espedirlo i el nombre de aquel a cuyo favor se espide.
