º Para los efectos del artículo 13 de Decreto - ley 848 de 1990, modificado por el artículo 4º del Decreto 1195 de 1990, en la solicitud de licencia de funcionamiento se deben incluir los municipios donde se prestará el servicio. En cada municipio autorizado, la empresa podrá instalar los puestos de vigilancia que le sean requeridos por los usuarios. CAPITULO II. Control y supervisión de las empresas de vigilancia privada.
