El plan de materias para el desarrollo de los cursos Inicial de Capacitación para ascenso al grado de Teniente de Fragata y Básico de Capacitación para ascenso a Capitán o Teniente de Navío de que tratan los artículos 42 y 43 del Decreto 3071 de 1968, será determinado por los Comandantes de Fuerza. Su duración no será inferior a seis (6) meses.
