Artículo tercero. El Banco Central Hipotecario invertirá los recursos que capte mediante las cédulas de que trata el Artículo anterior principalmente en préstamos a personas o firmas constructoras de unidades o conjuntos habitacionales y, para efectos de las respectivas subrogaciones, dará prelación a los suscriptores de las mismas cédulas.
