Art. 9º Los que introduzcan o vendan clandestinamente picadura y papel para cigarrillo, sufrirán además de las penas señaladas en el Código Fiscal, la de pagar una multa de $50 por cada kilogramo de dichas materias que introduzcan o vendan contraviniendo a las disposiciones legales.
