Para atender a lo ordenado en el artículo anterior se apropiara la partida indispensable en el Presupuesto de la próxima vigencia. En caso de no quedar incluida la partida correspondiente, previos cálculos del Ministerio de Obras Públicas, el Gobierno queda facultado para hacer las traslaciones necesarias, a fin de dar cumplimiento a la presente Ley.
