La presente Ley rige a partir de la fecha de su promulgación y deroga todas las disposiciones que le sean contrarias, especialmente el artículo 12 de la Ley 56 de 1981, y los artículos 18, 27, 28 y 29 del Decreto Legisalativo 2811 de 1974 y el artículo 23 de la Ley 47 de 1993.

Ley 99 de 1993 · por la cual se crea el Ministerio del Medio Ambiente, se reordena el Sector Público encargado de la gestión y conservación del medio ambiente y los recursos naturales renovables, se organiza el Sistema Nacional Ambiental, SINA, y se dictan otras disposiciones.
