Articulo 63. La deducción de los pagos efectivamente realizados por concepto de pensiones de jubilación e invalidez, se aceptaran en la medida en que los beneficiarios de tales pagos no estén incluidos en el cálculo actuarial establecido para determinar la provisión para el pago de futuras pensiones de jubilación e invalidez.
