º . Para cubrir los gastos de administración que genere el manejo de los recursos de las cuentas especiales de que trata el artículo 19 de la Ley 60 de 1993, el Fondo Nacional de Ahorro podrá disponer hasta del 2% del total de los rendimientos comerciales generados por dichas transferencias.
