º. El artículo 19 del Decreto 2886 del 29 de diciembre de 1994 quedará así: "Artículo 19. El Departamento o Distrito elaborará las reglas y procedimientos generales para la distribución del situado fiscal, de acuerdo con lo previsto en la Ley 60 de 1993 y en los artículos 3º ,8º y 14 del Decreto 2676 de 1993".
