ARTICULO 16. División Servicio Ciudadano de Apoyo a la Policía Nacional. - Corresponde a la División Servicio Ciudadano de Apoyo a la Policía Nacional, propender por la integración de las autoridades, asociaciones, empresas oficiales y particulares, gremios y ciudadanía para convocar la solidaridad de la sociedad en relación con la actuación preventiva que cumple la Policía Nacional para lograr la convivencia pacífica; propiciar la cooperación civil e incentivar el apoyo recíproco y concurrente de todos los medios humanos y materiales con que cuenten las entidades indicadas.
