Art. 5.° A los Cabos i Guardas montados que se sean destinados a la persecucion del fraude en Honduras, Camacha, Mámbita i Chílco o el cualquier otro punto de larga distancía, se les pagarán , como aumento de sueldo, quince centavos por cada legua de ida i regreso. La suma de tal aumento figurará en la parte final de la nómina del Resguardo, espresándose lo que a cada empleado corresponda en el mes.
