º . Si la falta absoluta del Director General de una Corporación Autónoma Regional y de Régimen Especial se presenta antes de cumplir el último año del período institucional para el cual fue elegido, la vacante se cubrirá siguiendo el procedimiento previsto en el capítulo 1 del presente decreto.
