La entrega de la obra construida se hará kilómetro por kilómetro al Ingeniero nacional en el respectivo Departamento. Al hacer la entrega el Ingeniero de sección y el Administrador contratista presentarán al Ingeniero nacional una memoria de lo que van á entregar, con todas sus obras de arte y demás por menores. El acta de recibo se firmará por cuadruplicado. Uno de los ejemplares del acta se entregará al Ingeniero que recibe, otro se enviará al Gobernador del Departamento, el tercero al Ministerio de Obras Públicas y el cuarto para el contratista.
