De la partida apropiada en el Capítulo 1209, artículo 12137 del Presupuesto Nacional vigente, hácese la siguiente distribución para auxilios de las Escuelas Parroquiales de Alfabetización, durante once (11) meses, de febrero a diciembre del año en curso, conforme al Decreto número 1551 del 13 de mayo de 1954, así:
