La supervigilancia de los fondos mutuos de inversión será ejercida por la superintendencia Bancaria en la forma y términos indicados en el artículo tercero del Decreto 2368 de 1960. Pero dichos fondos no estarán sujetos al pago de los honorarios que sufragan las entidades vigiladas por concepto de vigilancia.
