Liquidación del establecimiento de crédito contratante de operaciones de leasing habitacional. De conformidad con el literal h) del Artículo 299 del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero, no forman parte de la masa de la liquidación los bienes dados en leasing habitacional, los cuales se transferirán al locatario cuando ejerza la opción y pague el valor respectivo. Si está pendiente el plazo de ejecución del contrato y el locatario no accede a pagar el valor presente correspondiente, el contrato y el bien serán cedidos a otra entidad legalmente facultada para desarrollar operaciones de leasing habitacional.
