Anualmente el Gobierno Nacional y las Entidades Territoriales rendirán un informe que detalle las metas definidas en materia de seguridad vial y el logro de cada uno. A su vez, incluirán los datos de disminución de número de siniestros viales, número de muertos o lesionados, valor de daños, etc. Además, rendirán un informe de exaltación pública de entidades, organizaciones o empresas y comunidades comprometidas con el objeto y los propósitos de la presente ley.
