Decreto 3111 de 1997 · por el cual se expide el Reglamento Nacional de Transporte Marítimo.

Registro. Toda empresa de transporte marítimo no conferenciada, nacional o extranjera, de carga general que opere tráficos que cubran puertos colombianos, debe registrar ante Dimar, la tarifas, recargos y cualquier otro componente que altere el valor final del transporte, en los términos establecidos en el artículo 62 del presente decreto. La correspondiente solicitud de registro debe ser suscrita por la empresa de transporte marítimo interesada, su representante, o por el agente marítimo. Las tarifas así registradas tendrán vigencia a partir de la fecha de su registro.

Parágrafo

Se exceptúan del registro de tarifas y fletes de que trata este capítulo las empresas de transporte de carga a granel.
