Adicionar el Artículo 2.1.1.1.8 al Capítulo 1 del Título 1 de la Parte 1 del Libro 2 del Decreto 1821 de 2020, el cual quedará así: “Artículo 2.1.1.1.8. Información utilizada para la determinación de las Asignaciones Directas. La Agencia Nacional de Minería o la Agencia Nacional de Hidrocarburos, o quienes hagan sus veces, para la determinación de las Asignaciones Directas y para la elaboración del Plan de Recursos harán uso de la información certificada por el DANE para cada vigencia del presupuesto.”
