Los instructores y supervisores que se encuentren vinculados al Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje, SENA, ingresarán al sistema salarial establecido en el presente Decreto, una vez se haya hecho la evaluación inicial correspondiente. A quienes aspiren a ocupar las vacantes que se presenten en los cargos de instructor y supervisor, les será aplicable dicho sistema salarial, una vez hayan sido seleccionados de conformidad con las normas vigentes sobre ingreso al SENA y aprobado el curso de becario.
