Los contratos que celebre la Corporación deberán contener las cláusulas que sobre garantía, caducidad administrativa y reclamaciones diplomáticas, exige la ley para los de Gobierno. La declaratoria de caducidad, llegado el caso, se hará por el gerente con aprobación de la junta directiva.
