La Junta Directiva de la Caja de Crédito Agrario y la del Banco Agrícola Hipotecario, tomarán todas las medidas tendientes a que tengan estricto cumplimiento las disposiciones de la presente Ley y las concordantes que limitan la cuantía de los préstamos, de acuerdo con el pensamiento del legislador, que es el de que una persona natural o jurídica no pueda obtener directa, ni indirectamente, por ningún concepto, en un mismo tiempo o época, mayor suma de la señalada como limite máximo.
