Estímulos al votante en el exterior. Los colombianos que ejerzan el derecho al sufragio en el exterior tendrán derecho a los incentivos previstos en la legislación vigente.

Parágrafo

Los ciudadanos que voten en el exterior, y posteriormente se radiquen en Colombia, accederán a los estímulos contemplados para los ciudadanos que voten en el territorio nacional, en las mismas condiciones en que se encuentran establecidos en la ley.
