Incremento adicional a la bonificación. El incremento adicional a la bonificación que se reconocerá a las Madres Comunitarias, de que trata el inciso segundo del artículo 165 de la Ley 1450 de 2011, que permita a estas la afiliación voluntaria como trabajadoras independientes al Sistema General de Riesgos Profesionales, se efectuará con cargo a los recursos del Presupuesto de Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar.
