Para determinar el alcance de las disposiciones de losArtículos precedentes, no se tendrán en cuenta:

a)

Las condenaciones impuestas por contravención, cuando se trate de castigar un delito, recíprocamente.

b)

Las condenaciones impuestas por delitos resultantes de la imprudencia, negligencia, inhabilidad en un oficio o profesión, inobservancia de reglamentos, órdenes o instrucciones, cuando se trate de proceso por otra clase de delitos y recíprocamente.

c)

Las condenaciones impuestas por infracciones puramente militares.

d)

Las condenaciones impuestas por tribunales extranjeros.
