Son empleados civiles de tiempo completo los que prestan servicios en jornada de ocho (8) horas diarias. Son empleados civiles de tiempo incompleto los que desempeñan funciones en jornadas menores de ocho (8) horas diarias. Los profesores se consideran de tiempo completo cuando dictan diez y seis (16) horas diarias o más de horas de clase a la semana, y de tiempo incompleto cuando el numero de clases es inferior a diez y seis (16) horas semanales.
