` Estímulos a profesionales del sector agropecuario. Los profesionales del sector agropecuario que se vinculen a las regiones fronterizas de que habla el artículo anterior, gozarán de benefi cios preferenciales, al tenor de los establecidos por el artículo 15 de la Ley 5º de 1973.
