º . Funciones.- La Oficina de Control Interno tendrá las siguientes funciones

Vigilar el cumplimiento de las normas y postulados éticos que rigen la función pública, realizando las investigaciones internas a que haya lugar;

Evaluar, actualizar y mantener los sistemas de control interno del Ministerio que garanticen el debido manejo de los recursos de la Nación;

Coordinar con los organismos de control y fiscalización competentes la efectiva gestión de los programas de control interno;
