ARTICULO 3º Criterios para su asignación . La prima técnica podrá otorgarse alternativamente por

a)

Título de estudios de formación avanzada y tres (3) años de experiencia altamente calificada; o

b)

Terminación de estudios de formación avanzada y seis (6) años de experiencia altamente calificada; o

c)

Por evaluación del desempeño.
