En las Intendencias y Comisarías se establecerán Administraciones o tesorerías para atender al recaudo de las rentas y para cubrir los gastos incluidos en sus presupuestos especiales, y cuando estas funciones se hubieren de adscribir a los Administradores o Recaudadores de Hacienda Nacional, éstos llevarán por separado sus cuentas y las rendirán en la misma forma.
