Actualización del registro. El cambio de propietario, representante legal, operador, dirección, domicilio, nombre del establecimiento o venta del establecimiento de comercio, o de la actividad económica, deberán actualizarse en el Registro Mercantil, y estas se actualizarán de forma automática en el Registro Nacional de Turismo. Las modificaciones que no impliquen una actualización del Registro Mercantil, generarán la obligación para el prestador de servicios turísticos de actualizar el Registro Nacional de Turismo.
