En los días festivos el Capellán celebrara la misa en la capilla, del Establecimiento y dará a los detenidos y condenados instrucciones morales y asistencia religiosa. El capellán no puede recibir por la celebración de la misa o por oficio del culto, de los detenidos o condenados o de sus familiares, estipendios y limosnas.
