Art 13. Los Alcaldes de los Municipios cuya jurisdicción corresponden los respectivos trayectos son inspectores natos de ellos. Para llenar sus funciones visitarán con la mayor frecuencia posible, por lo menos una vez en cada quincena, el trayecto de camino de su jurisdicción, y harán por escrito al respectivo Ingeniero y al Jefe de Tráfico las indicaciones que a su juicio sean convenientes para el mejor servicio.
