Contra las providencias relativas al régimen disciplinario, procederán los siguientes recursos

1.

De reposición que se interpondrá ante el tribunal que dictó la sanción, para que la revoque, reforme, adicione o aclare.

2.

De apelación, que se interpondrá ante el tribunal deportivo superior al que impuso la sanción, para los mismos efectos señalados en el numeral anterior.

3.

El Gobierno reglamentará lo relativo a términos para interponer los recursos y para resolverlos, así como el procedimiento y trámite.
