Monitoreo y garantía de la calidad en salud para la ruralidad. Las Entidades Territoriales del orden departamental, distrital y municipal y demás actores del sistema de salud en el territorio deberán fortalecer el monitoreo de la calidad en salud y garantizar que los servicios que se brinden a las personas, familias y comunidades de las zonas rurales y zonas rurales dispersas cumplan con los atributos de accesibilidad, oportunidad, seguridad, pertinencia, continuidad y demás que aporten en la mejora de los resultados y la garantía del derecho fundamental a la salud a dicha población.
