Art. 11. Tambien nombrará la misma Corporacion todos los suplentes que sean necesarios para reemplazar a sus propios miembros i a los de todas las Juntas que se formen en el distrito, i cada una de éstas elejirá su Presidente de su seno i un Secretario que puede ser de dentro o de fuera de ella.
