º. El Gobierno Nacional podrá celebrar contratos para la adquisición del equipo automotor y de comunicaciones que sea necesario para adelantar las campañas de orden público en las zonas afectadas por la violencia.

Parágrafo

Estos contratos sólo requerirán para su validez, la aprobación del Presidente de la República, previo concepto favorable del Consejo de Ministros.
