Art. 303. La Escuela confiere el de Ingeniero de Minas que además de garantizar, en el que lo obtiene, completa idoneidad para el desempeño de la profesión respectiva, constituye la condecoración de honor, otorgada por la Escuela á aquellos de sus alumnos que han completado con lucimiento la serie de estudios técnicos exigidos por la Escuela.
