Art. 5º Las sentencias condenatorias dictadas por los Agentes de Policía Judicial serán consultadas con los Gobernadores ó Intendentes, si no fueren apeladas por los interesados.

Parágrafo

Las Gobernaciones ó Intendencias, en el caso de este artículo, procederán de conformidad con lo dispuesto en los artículos 13 y siguientes de la Ley 51 sobre Policía Judicial.
