Art. 120. Comunicada la resolución del Juez de escrutinios a la Junta o al Jurado electoral respectivo, procederá éste o aquella a modificar el escrutinio y la declaración hechos, de conformidad con la resolución del Juez, si hubiere ordenado dicha modificación. En consecuencia, toda declaración hecha por las Juntas o Jurados electorales acerca de la elección de uno o más individuos, es provisional mientras no haya trascurrido el término fijado en el artículo 117 o no se haya surtido el juicio de nulidad, si hubiere sido intentado.
